The location is perfect, very central, right in the heat of the old town. Yet, quiet at night, since it is on the ground floor in the back yard of a restaurant, where you pick up the keys. The room was generally clean and maintained and provided some hospitality, like coffee, tea and bottled water, as well as the toiletries in the bathroom. The wifi worked well, the smart tv was connected to Internet and offered som YouTube entertainment for the kids. We had a minor problem with the heating and water on the first night, since the boiler was turned off, but the owner repaired it instantly when we came to them. We would definitely come again. It is a good value for money.
