I really appreciated this accommodation’s prime location (very close to Chinatown MRT (subway) station, also easy walk to Maxwell MRT station, and that I had my own toilet and shower, as well as a window. In Singapore, you would normally have to sacrifice a window or private toilet/shower for this price range and location. The room was clean and equipped with a basic kitchenette and a microwave and a kettle. If you’re staying longer than a couple of nights these will come in handy. The bed is comfortable and located on a mezzanine floor - it helps to keep noise from the window (or other rooms). Good shower pressure and I was able to control the water temperature well. Check in was self service via a dedicated app, and this did not quite work for me - I could not get a digital key to the room. But I was supplied with immediate assistance via WhatsApp by Yani and I was able to get a physical room key. Maica also made sure that the key card was valid for the duration of my stay. Although there is no manned reception on the site, luggage storage is possible and the team (Yani, Maica and Mary) looks after guests well. I would definitely look to book again.

The room is very cozy. It's like I'm staying in a school dorm with complete amenities! +++extra for the complimentary laundry machines! Much appreciate Anj, Divina, and Ryan for providing all the information I need before my check-in time and they informed that I can do early check in since the room is already available. Area is very accessible! A bit of a walk from the mrt station and bus stop butl still close enough. Also, It is in the center of restaurants, souvenir shops and Haji Lane is very close!

L’établissement The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique dans le centre de Singapour. The location was great. Plenty of food options for all budgets. There was a tea ceremony when we checked in and the staff was telling us a little bit of history about the area. Since it was Christmas there was a special tea for the occasion. It was toffee tea and it taste so good! The toiletries were also great! Love the scent of it.

The rooms were tiny, but super comfy! Everything one might need - starting from washer/dryer to all necessary amenities. And the customer service was amazing! Thanks Carms, Mary and Maica :) Definitely will be my choice when back in Singapore.
