I really enjoyed the dinners there in the terrace with a playroom that is nearby and the dogs and donkeys running around. Thank you for a great stay and I highly recommended it for a unique experience on the island.

Private and lovely place in the middle of the rainforest next to the waterfall. They have a special pool for fish who clean your legs and give a lovely relaxing massage. Just put your legs in and enjoy nature around you. In the late evening, there is hundreds of fruit bats coming out and flying around the valley.

The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.

L’établissement GENTE D'AQUI Ngê D'ai êê vous accueille à São Tomé (Sao Tome Island), à 500 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Praia Izé. Gente d’aqui has an incredible location right next to the beautiful shore, with amazing views. The owner was incredibly helpful and went extra mile to help us organise additional activities. It is possible to get a massage on the property, which with the skilled massager, views, and sounds of waves was probably the best massage I ever had. There is a local bar right around the corner where we had a funny night with some great memories. Praia sete ondas just couple of minutes away with car, and boca do inferno is just couple of walking minutes away. All in all, I definitely recommend Gente d’aqui and love to return one day.
