I strongly recommend Mr. Gun’s "Thai milk tea"—the best I’ve ever had in Thailand. Hope we can back no meet them.

Walk to mall in 5 minutes, beach in 15 minutes. Large room with balcony. Screen door to patio to keep bugs out. Balcony has sink, table and chairs, and set up to hang clothes/towels for drying. No stray dogs in the area around hotel.
