They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. For example, they worked with us on check in and check out times. They even called a taxi for us. They were easy to communicate with in person and through the Booking.com app. There is a large reception area with plenty of seating. We also found tables and benches, larder and a place to leave luggage. Our room was larger than expected and it was comfortable. Private bathroom, hair dryer, AC, free wi-fi. A shared refrigerator for guests was on the landing just steps from our door. The room and the rest of the facility was clean. Location is good imho. Places to eat, convenience stores, money changers, tour companies and more are minutes away on foot. Morning and night markets are within 1 km. The area is fairly quiet at night. We highly recommend the pork leg restaurant near the hotel. We hear that the chicken rice shops are also good. We noticed that many of the food shops close early. Suggest checking closing times when possible. In summary, iHome is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Location is good and away from the hustle-bustle and traffic near the markets.
