We were at the hotel with the kids, Staff were very friendly and helpful: the reception, luggage, restaurant, room service, etc... So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.
