The reception was very welcoming and helpful, especially when assisting with our luggage and placing it in the car. Everyone was kind and friendly. They even offered me complimentary tea and coffee. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the Kemeralti and near a large park in İzmir. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
