The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a concierge service and free WiFi throughout the property. The location is very good, out of the noise of Goreme but close enough. Rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very good. They helped us finding a balloon ride after the one we had booked was canceled, and it went perfectly. They recommended very good sightseeing, in particular Ibrahim. There was a little issue with the bathroom door and they went all over to solve it. Also, great view from the room.

Our stone rooms were built with local stones in the Old Cappadocian style to mimic the cave experience. We stayed at the hotel for three days. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel is near the  best viewpoint of the town and only a two- or three-minute walk to it. We watched the hot air balloons every morning and drank beers on the patio, where we could see the sunset.
