It went well beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Murat, who took care of everything. From breakfast to early check-in, his hospitality and support along with the whole team made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness is especially important to me, and I was genuinely satisfied. The bed linens were spotless, smelled fresh, and I was able to sleep peacefully. The fact that the hotel is new is also a big plus, everything was fresh and the atmosphere was modern and tastefully designed. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the museum is within walking distance too. I’d be happy to stay here again :)

Firstly the staff were all lovely and friendly, we had to book just one night due to an error with our previous hotel, and the process was really smooth to check in; the cafe/restaurant also has delicious cakes and their Turkish breakfast is great quality, would definitely book here if staying in Side again! Wish we had booked here for the whole holiday!

We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

L’établissement TUI Blue Barut Andız - All Inclusive - Adults Only se trouve à Sidé, à 400 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage Kumkoy. Tout était parfait. Chambre confortable et très propre. Localisation idéale, près de la plage (avec une partie privée avec transats, parasols et boissons pour l’hôtel) et de la promenade menant au centre de Side. Nourriture fraîche, variée et très bonne (assez rare pour un all inclusive). Le personnel au top du top, du directeur aux serveurs, en passant par les femmes de ménage, les barmans et le serveur de la plage, tous super gentils, professionnels et serviables. Un excellent séjour que nous ne sommes pas près d’oublier.
