The concierge helped us pick the perfect tour to Sun-Moon lake at a great price, confirmed all the details and options with us, handled the communication and payments with the driver, booked for us, and even called our driver while we were on our way back to make sure the tour went well. The reception staff was also lovely and helped us with so many things. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay, we're so happy we also got to celebrate the hotel opening. If you go to Taichung this is definitely the best hotel to stay at :)
