The proximity to the beach, the staff were incredible especially the General manager Mahmood and Ally on reception. All round the staff were alway smiling always helpful and kind. Mahmood was a manager who went above and beyond he helped to even fix my phone. The place was always immaculate and what I loved most that the staff were like family each one looking out for each other and treating the hotel as their own home making sure every detail small or large was covered. Access to the manager and staff was readily available 24 hours a day and Mohammed at the excursion desk was fabulous helping every customer with kindness, efficiency and great prices. But for me Mahmood was a manager that made everything easy and comfortable for a wonderful holiday. They cater for couples, families with young or older children, plenty of activities like table tennis, volleyball ball, pool , darts , football and a gymnasium I can assure you I will be returning to this hotel with my children the next time we fly to Zanzibar.

We spent 4 beautiful days in this cozy place facing the ocean. The team was fantastic and super available, special mention for Veronika and Ernesto who made sure everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has a menu changing every day. I recommend you try the grilled prawns and the calamari soup! Also the cocktails were perfectly balanced. 10/10
