The apartment was clean and comfortable.
Entry was easy. Any issues were quickly resolved. Good location. Elina was always very responsive
The only issue has nothing to do with the apartment, but with the situation in Kharkiv. Following the missile attacks, there can be long periods of time without electricity. These are timetabled, but not always adhered to. So using the lift carries a risk of possibly being stuck. There are 160 stairs to reach the apartment. I'm fitter after my stay :)
This apart, a really good stay.

I liked in particular how the hostel was very clean and the beds in the dorms were very comfortable.
