She was so helpful with our packages; The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the TV could conveniently be used to cast from our phones (something all hotels should learn to incorporate in this time and age);

It was located on the 10th floor facing south. No noise from the street at all.

Staff were great, beds were great and the concierge Daniel was super helpful with anything we needed.

The location is very strategic to main attractions. I can literally walk there for major attractions. The room is super cozy. I got everything I want for my solo trip. It is safe as the location is nearby the crowd.

The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around very convenient.. The front desk team was efficient and helpful, making check-in smooth and quick. Special thanks to Ms.Karma for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She's the best! Lastly, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and well-stocked each day.

I misplaced important documents and they helped me find it withing minutes.

Comfortable, nice, quick elevator, in the room there is a set of plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses + microwave and coffee machine so all you need :)
