Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room was very big, with an amazing view of the Smokey Mountains, with the rolling mist. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.
