We used the grills and firepit on the deck and trust me it gets very warm in the rooms. Next morning they told us there is coffee/Tea in the Front Office & also a suite shop! Dave greeted us and asked about our stay and we love it! Definitely an anniversary spot or stopover to Yosemite l. Honestly the nicest and most beautiful place! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Beyond that, our conversations went far beyond small talk — they were genuinely intellectual and engaging, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless, and the view from it was absolutely stunning. Since the hosts are former rangers, they also gave us fantastic daily advice for our trips, which was incredibly helpful.

A recently renovated holiday home, Bear Paw Cabin new construction near Yosemite offers accommodation in Mariposa. The air-conditioned accommodation is 48 km from Yosemite Arch Rock Entrance, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. We had a wonderful time in this cabin. It's fully equipped and situated in a beautiful, peaceful location. The owners are friendly and helpful. It's an hour from Yosemite. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was so peaceful that we wish we had an extra day to sit by the creek and watch the hummingbirds.
