This was a good stay. The location is good, it's not super central but there's great restaurants and shops around. It introduces you to an area you might not have tried if central. You really don't need to be central in ho chi minh, it's so easy and cheap to get around.
The hotel is lovely, there's a great rooftop restaurant with a good view across the city.
The rooms are huge and are very clean.

This place gets mixed reviews but if you have been looking for hours for a budget, central, got a pool hotel just book it. It’s not perfect but it’s good, clean , safe and the staff are lovely. Its location was ideal for us, we were on the second floor facing the street and there was no noise from outside. They upgraded our room and let us keep our luggage and have a shower as our flight was late on check out day.

Ideal location in Hoi Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean and tidy and well equipped. The AC was quiet and effective, which was essential as it was 35c outside. The host used WhatsApp to communicate which was great and met us a the door and gave us some useful local knowledge.

It's a very clean and affordable place in a very good central location
The staff are very nice
There are tons of great options for food in the neighborhood
There is a very good atmosphere in this place, it's easy to meet other backpackers and share travel ideas. I had great conversations with many nice people just sitting outside the building having beers.

Fabulous little place. Great location, clean room and very affordable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good food and cheap beer in the restaurant. Breakfast great too. Would highly recommend.

- The nicest and most friendly hosts; we felt very welcomed and at ease throughout our stay
- Great location in an alley away from the busy street, close to many local inexpensive restaurants, felt very safe at all times
- The room, bathroom, towels and sheets were all spotlessly clean
- The room had everything we needed, including a fridge and a kettle
- Quiet air con unit as well as a fan

The price is affordable, it's a good value for money.
It's in a great location but it is very cheap.
The rooms are big enough.
Air conditioning works good.
WiFi doesn't have problems.
The staff is nice, gentle and accommodating.

There are Few things I like here
1) it's cheaper than most of the hotels nearby and it's great location just beside the famous market.
2) The Staff is sooo friendly and he is so young he will do everything whatever you ask him very positive person.
3) You can get cheap motorbike rental from the staff.
4) It's very clean even though it's located in congestion street.
5) They will do laundry for clothes for free at the reception.

The apartment was large and very clean.
Bed was great pillows even better.
Receptuin servuce was exceptional from the time we entered to the time we left.
Location was a little out from district 1 but very cheap to get into town if you use grab.
Village market down the road which was awesome.
Would stay again.
