Lovely guesthouse run by Amil. He was kind enough to pick me from railway station as the property was slightly away from Ella town. He also took me around to a few places nearby since the Tuk Tuks werent that reliable. The guesthouse was one of my favorites in Sri Lanka. It had a very homey feel to it. I loved spending time on the Hammock while the sunsets. They went out of their way to prepare Parota and Potato Veggies since I mentioned that I didnt want to eat Kottu or Hoppers. Shoutout to Mangala for giving me company and sharing more about Sri Lanka.

Amazing apartment attached to the historical bungalow. We were very well looked after by the house keepers, great dinner and huge breakfast. The gardens are lovely and the location is good for the Pekoe trail, quiet and peaceful.

We were a group of 6 taking 4 rooms at this lovely bungalow. Unfortunately we stayed for only one night, wish we’d stayed longer. The property was brand new - rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable and spacious. Next door is a beautiful tea plantation and you truly feel one with nature with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The service provided by Lalith and his family exceeded our expectations, along with the breakfast that was delicious and generous in size. Thank you so much for everything and we’ll definitely in back.

Mr Norman and her wife were very friendly and their customer service was superb. We felt like we visited our parents. Kids felt like they were in grand parents’ house. Very decent people. This is a 100yrs old Bungalow, very beautiful and well maintained. The garden is very beautiful.

An amazing stay in a beautiful bungalow. Niluka and her husband were very accommodating and made sure that our stay felt like home. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean with lovely views. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. The staff are fantastic, transported us to and from the guesthouse and arranged tuk tuks to Liptons seat, which was wonderful. A major standout was the cooking class, which is an absolute must for visitors. A great thing to do on a misty night. With other guests, we cooked five delicious dishes and enjoyed their company. It was the best meal we had in our trip so far. Recommend dining in here as the dinner is excellent.
