Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Mayan Bungalow Near Chichén is situated in Chichén-Itzá. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The owners were very welcoming and shared a lot of useful info about chichen Itzá. There was a rain storm the night we were there causing a power cut in the village and they came over to provide candles and make sure everything was ok. The place is only 5 mins drive from Chichén itza and the owners provide a great breakfast to get you fired up for exploring.

Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.

This bungalow complex is a 5-minute drive from the Chichen Itza Ruins. It features 2 outdoor pools and is 10 minutes’ walk from Ik Kil Cenote, a sacred natural pool with waterfalls. Very practical location, near the cenote, near Chichen Itza. Pool looks nice even if we did not try. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Big parking slot and friendly staff.
