The hotel owner is nice and the service is good, the sunshine and sunset views are perfect!

Location was great. View of the lake and you just had the cross the road and you could walk alongside the lake. I watched the sunset in the evening and ran 8km around the lake the following morning. The hotel is fun and a bit quirky decor (a little Wes Anderson vibes). I really liked it. Good comfortable bed and quiet at night. Really good shower.

Great hotel in a lovely location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Small verandah big enough to sit on and enjoy the river or mountain views. Easy walk to train station but also bus stop within 100 metres which is free with city card.

Beautiful location overlooking the Lucerne city and lake. The sunset and sunrise were stunning...Service was wonderful, everyone was very tentative to every need. The breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choices for all.

The location is perfect! Our room (Honeymoon Suite) has a veranda where we had a complete view of Lake Luzern and Chapel Bridge. Below our hotel are bars and restaurants. I love the Saturday open market! Its also very near the shops. I will definitely book again in the future. The only thing i didn't like is we had a difficult time locating it. After we checked in, we were directed to another building where our rooms are located. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is incredible. I wasn’t expecting much from the food but dinner was delicious and breakfast was absolutely amazing! Was a fabulous place to watch the sunset, sunrise and star gaze

The property set up is one of finest experience in switzerland, with narrow road driving as an added experience. Most serene property with spacious room and well built kitchenette , most unique is the restaurant where music and people enjoy the evenings to the max... sunsets from here are just eye poppers. Nearby excursions are world famous hotel burgenstock and tallest elevator Hammetschwand and boat to lucerne and back.. One of finest stay ever.

The Sunset and Sunrise were spectacular. You are able to see each right outside your room in the Hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was perfect for filling us up for an early morning hike.
