Friendly, welcoming owners. Very comfy bed and well maintained rooms. We felt at home here and stayed 10 days instead of 3!

Amazing staff, all super welcoming, friendly, helpful, and polite. Location is perfect. Restaurant is nice although after nine days, I was eager for some variety (but that's all the beach places). Rooms are exceptional and I could have stayed a lot longer in comfort. Nothing was ever an issue; I had laundry done, needed to extend my stay last minute, needed help with travel, everything was just easy and smooth and exactly what I wanted whilst staying on a beautiful beach. Next time I'm in Patnem I won't hesitate to stay here again.

The room is large, clean and very comfortable and so is the bathroom. Food is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful

Located in Calangute, Boaty's Beach Cottages offers beachfront accommodation 200 metres from Calangute Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. Chapora Fort is 10 km away and Thivim railway station is 19 km from the luxury tent. This was my first stay during my trip to India, and what a warm and friendly introduction to Goa I got! The room was super clean and practical, the AC worked well, and the internet was fast. I work remotely and had no issues. Breakfasts were second to none, and their signature omelette was the best. They also had really good coffee. The beach is 1 minute away, has dozens of restaurants, and spans multiple kilometers. Planning to return, will make it a tradition to stay at this place anytime I land in Goa.

It is 2 km from the Palolem Beach and 7 km from Agonda Beach. This tented camp is 35 km from Madgaon Railway Station and 65 km from Goa International Airport. Location definitely. The huts were well maintained and clean which is a big plus. Have stayed in many huts in south goa but cleanliness was always a compromise for the price but Sea Front beach huts was one of the cleaner ones. Would prefer this stay next time as well.

Quiet, friendly, good service ( money change, taxi), safe, the staff was taking care excellently and always ready for a little talk. Good food and coffee available all day, served wherever you want. The garden with the huts gives a cosy atmosphere so you can sit on the veranda and feel like it is a small village. Now I onderstand why people seem to come back to this place every year. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. We arrived quite late but we’re still able to have a beautiful dinner at the beach. We booked a seaview room and it was incredible! Absolutely book a seaview room if you can, you won’t regret it. Great air conditioner and fan. Lovely bathroom. We organised a pick up from the airport which was reasonably priced. We had massages on site which we really enjoyed. There is a very good laundry service just 30 metres away. A great little hair and beauty salon 200 metres away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to book a kayak and boat. The food was always nice. Great cocktail list.
