Really good location: it is possible to reach Sultan Qaboos Mosque in 20 min by walk! And also big mall with IKEA is near by, local bus stops and shops. Cozy room, nice hot shower, mini-fridge and WiFi.

If you are just looking for an overnight stop between flights then this will do a treat being very close to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good WiFi, very hot water and nice towels and bedding. There's a perfectly nice pool and seating area on the roof with views of the road and desert. It's inexpensive and pretty good value for money

We loved our stay here. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which was amazing. It was beautifully decorated with a large balcony overlooking the beach / sea. All the food was excellent. Service was also great. The hotel is set in a private, sheltered cove and the beach area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. Massage at the spa was fantastic - the treatment rooms have a great view of the sea. Definitely recommended for a luxury stay.

Superb breakfast. 2 new gorgeous swimming pools which were never crowded. Lots of sun beds. Beautiful sunset - it’s worth booking a room with sea view and balcony to watch it.
