Highly recommended, especially staying in Sabi Sands, we got to see so many animals and super close. We will be back for sure. Thank you very much for everything.

With mountain views, Parsons Hilltop Safari Camp is set in Balule Game Reserve, within the Greater Kruger Park Region and has a restaurant and a shared lounge. Wow! Where do I start…. This place is AMAZING! Parsons Hilltop is comprised of 4 “tents” and a shared lodge, all I would describe as authentic luxury. The “tents”, whilst having canvas walls (your door is a zipper), have thatched roofs, super comfy double beds and a fully plumbed, tiled bathrooms (certainly like no tents I’ve been in before!!!) The views are stunning, and as an unfenced camp you do have some unexpected visitors, which makes the experience so authentic. The food is delicious and plentiful, and we experienced some SA specialities. As a solo traveler, I was lucky enough to be in camp with two other solo travelers, who have become friends! Two of the main reasons I had a wonderful time are Estalie (camp host) and Wiehahn (game drive guide)… what these two don’t know about the reserve isn’t worth knowing. They are two of the loveliest people I have ever met, and made my first Safari so very special! (Mirjam… protect these two at all costs!!!)

The elephants came to visit the pool every single day we were there. I got a fantastic massage at the spa. I was most surprised at the quality of the food—top notch with great options. And they even made a special romantic dinner for us since we were on our honeymoon.

Our stay at Crocodile Bridge Safari Lodge was the highlight of our 3 week stay in South Africa. The animal viewing from the lodge was incredible, we watched a herd of 100s of elephants pass by from the pool. At night the we saw hippos, water buffalo and a Civet cat! Some of our best and closest viewings were at the lodge. The hosts, Charmaine and Anthony were the best. So warm and welcoming with the most hilarious stories and tips to share. I had high hopes for the food and it was absolutely to die for! We looked forward to dinner every night, trying many traditional South African dishes each one as delicious as the last (thank you Wendy!!). Honestly we would come back just for the food alone. Location wise, You can’t get better in terms of being close to the park, it’s a 1 min drive away. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and we were given a packed breakfast if we were going to be leaving early for the park. Every detail was thoughtful and really made the trip so special. 1000/1000 would recommend to anyone wanting the perfect safari experience.

Das Shindzela ist ein Safaricamp, das sich in einer Travertin-Gegend im Naturschutzgebiet Timbavati Private Nature Reserve befindet, das Teil des Krüger-Nationalparks Südafrikas ist. everything perfect with shindzela. Staff very helpfull, answered all the questions after booking and during our stay. All the safaris started on time and our guide Sam did everything he could to give us the best experience always with a smile on his face. We saw 4 of the big fives on first safari and all in second one, but all experiences are different one from another and it also depends on how lucky you are. All the food were delicious and everything was very organized with clear rules. The tents are confortable with private bathroom and hot water. Water hole in front of shindzela attracted lot of elephants, antilopes and also hyenas, it's a good bonus on stay there
