Everything was perfect from start to finish, the caravan site itself was exeptional, very clean the caravan itself couldnt have been better- staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend and definitely would come back. Thankyou so much for such a lovely stay.

We loved everything about this place, the hut is really cosy and has everything you could want, the outside area is comfortable with the best hot tub I’ve ever been in. Ideal spot to get into the town, we didn’t do the walk down the river due to the weather but it was so easy to get there by car. We accidentally left items but the owners were kind enough to post them back to me. Would definitely go back again.

We had the most beautiful stay at Alice's garden! Comfy bed, brilliant, clean facilities. Hot tub was fantastic and loved the addition of robes being left for our stay. Our host was brilliant and on hand for anything we needed. Location is great, really handy for getting in to York. Also loved the visits from the cats and peacock during our stay!
