House is located around 3min walk from the beach. If you like privacy this will be great. Open space (terrace) is hidden behind another house in front, which means you have very good privacy outside. Meaning no one will see you eating breakfast :). Lots of room for little kids to play since the road is very rarely used as the house is at the back. Definitely recommend for anyone that does not need to be on the first row near the sea. It's a brand new house, very lovely and the AC works perfectly and it cools the full house.
