Houses (tents) are great! Very spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the territory - you can sit by a fire, lay in a hammock, or chill on the beach. Breakfast is good as well.

Very nice and quiet location directly on the lake shore. Cool concept of dome houses - feels like living in a tent with facilities of a nice hotel. Everything is new, fresh and very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great outdoor restaurant with tasty food. Options to swim in the lake or in the pool. We had a lovely time at Comuna.

This is backpacker heaven, the kind of hostel equipped with everything travellers might need. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are nice spaces for hanging out and meeting other travellers, you can (and should) rent a bike to see around the nice town and nearby area. There is laundry, nearby shops, it's close to the marshrutka stop and the beach, the owner is super kind and ready to answer all question! I really hope more people strat exploring from Sevan town, it's really a nice town for a base.

Very nice people, location close to the beach, tasty food

The room was very clean, comfy bed, had very good sleep there. I was late for breakfast and I already thought I skipped it and it turned out the hosts were waiting for me to get up and gave me my breakfast around midday. Cafe is available with tasty and not so expensive food. 5 minute walk to the beach. Totally recommend!

New and clean, good atmosphere with many travelers and helpful staff. Nice patio for gathering and a convenience store to get cold and cheap beer. Less than 10min walking to the beach.
