A recently renovated campground, FITZ CAMP - Glamping agreste - Base Cerro Fitz Roy offers accommodation in El Chalten. A solarium is available for guests. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and organising tours for guests. Although rather expensive, it gave us the wonderful chance to see the golden sun rise on mount fitz roy without climbing up at 5 am. It is a well set up camp with dining dome and common lounge dome. Martina the host was lovely, took care of everything and told us all about the mountains and climbing them.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Absolutely lovely domes and lovely hosts. If you're able to book this under $100 USD, definitely book it. It's really nice. The dome I stayed in was heated with wood fire and it made the atmosphere amazing.
