The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a girls dorm and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I ended up speaking to a few of the girls and most people said hi when passing. They had a free rooftop barbecue when I was there and it was very good. The food was good and it was free which was very nice of the staff to do for us. Communal area had lots of power sockets available. It was in a good location just a short walk to the beach, Luna park and acland street. Lots of places close by for food and things to do.

Very central to all you need in Frankston. Short walk to the beach. Food and shops close by. The room was comfortable. Well equiped kitchenette. Was very clean room. Amazing aircon great balcony

My parents stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect, with a five minute walk to the beach and a tram outside the door which went to the city. The accommodation itself was comfortable and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Location was great for Luna Park and St Kilda Beach. Tram access and close to Ackland Street. Room was basic however very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, would definitely stay again.
