The two bedroom chalet was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. A/C in the living room and fans for the bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and sugar for the morning and there was a TV with satellite for those rainy days. We had use of our own barbecue as well. Lovely place and just a few steps to the beach across the road.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights while road tripping across Cape Breton and the Cabot trail. It is such a nice place to stay, very clean, beautiful, and the staff was so accommodating. The location was also great, a short drive to the nearest stores and restaurants. We are definitely staying here again next year. The beach across the street was also beautiful, there’s a short little trail through the woods that leads down to the water and we had a beautiful sunset dinner. Highly recommend this place.

Family of 4 with 2 of them kids. Loved the cabin. It’s really all you need. Very comfortable and easy access along the Cabot trail. Friendly staff and easy check in. Loved the beach area. Had a campfire down on the beach with other travellers at the cabins! Beautiful grounds. Breakfast in the am was purchased at the restaurant. Very delicious! Thank you. We will definitely recommend!!!

The campground and chalet sites were gorgeous, the lake and river are easily accessible for a walk along the path created and it's beautiful. The chalet we had was roomy and very clean. There was the option of purchasing firewood for use in the indoor fire (also for outdoor but there was a fire ban so we couldn't have an outdoor fire) but in the end it was warm enough not to use it. Overall we really enjoyed our short stay and hope to return for a longer one soon!
