Cosy caravan with all equipment you require and special attention to detail. Lovely little items like the "happy rabbit doll" made us smile. You need to come yourself to find all the hidden gems. Lauren and her family were great hosts. Fresh eggs from their chicken and a very lovely dog greeted us too. We felt most welcome and should have stayed longer than 2 nights.

John's hospitality and the comfortable pod was further made even better by the location. The pod has everything one need and the attention to small detail is evident. This was our best stay on the trip so far and worth the drive and trek to get there. No fuss check-in and the bakery down the street is a once in a lifetime experience.

Rubha Phoil is part of an eco community so expect and be prepared for a cabin made for eco camping. Which is very nice in itself.

Lauren has thought of everything. The camper is well-equipped, roomy enough for my adult son and me to still like each other after four nights (being able to sleep at opposite ends out of sight of the other person helps), is nicely decorated, and is just full of thoughtful touches from the hot and cold drinks to the firepit to the bug spray to the cookies. The views are beautiful and the location is far enough from things to be private while being close enough to Portree to run into town at the start of the day.
