Stefan and Cassi were great during my stay, whether it was just having a chat, needing some supplies or a lift they were more than happy to help out. The dome itself was spacious, clean and had heating, cooling and great beds. The facilities were stellar as well and well maintained.

The customer service was exceptional. Our tent was well insulated and beds were comfortable. Available baths were a great treat. Grill worked well and the outdoor canopy area was perfect for a sunset dinner. Car parking right next to the tent was very convenient.

Glamping with genuine Fuji views straight from the tent on a clear day!
Our toddler loved all the lights at night time as well as the remote controlled ceiling curtain for star gazing.
Minutes away from a really nice Onsen, kids play area, a 7/11 and some of the local caves.

I was only staying here for a short while. The staff were so very warm and kind. Every single one of them. They made my trip so much better and far more memorable than i previously would have thought. As a solo traveler they really made me feel more than welcome. For me, this meant a lot. Thank you all so much.
As for the stay itself; the view is stunning, the location itself is very nearby everything you should want to see. Be sure to go to ubuyagasaki for some nice pictures of fuji, or just make some at the camp itself.

Loved the log cabin - was rather small and compact but worked out in the end for us. Location is fantastic right next to the main bus interchange/ stop that takes you straight to Tokyo. Near a small convenience store and a tourist souvenir shop as well. Short 5 mins walk to the lake but Mount Fuji is behind rather than in front. Option to barbecue was lovely - staff were very helpful providing us extra fire starters and offering to help us set up a bonfire. We had a lovely time. Beautiful surroundings and despite being close to amenities you do feel you are in the wilderness.

Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Clean, quiet, and peaceful stay. The way up from Kawaguchi Kyukumae (Kawaguchi Post Office) to the campsite has a beautiful shrine with huge trees. Very nice to walk.

Great place for a short camping break, especially if you have young kids - lots of fun things organized by the staff for them. Also plenty of stuff available for use and renting to make your bbq.
Close by a big supermarket for buying food and other requirements. Also well situated to get out and about the Mt Fuji area.
Super convenient to rent the car and go camping around fuji area! tent and shelter set up was easy to use as well! super glad that all the camp equipments are provided this makes camping so much easier for travellers
