Amazing views of the glacier, new and very well equipped cabin. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly and helpful. You can use boats and and pedal boats for free, so we went fishing and caught some small trout in the lake. We spent one night, but it is definitely worth spending more time here if you have time.

My experience was unique, and the jacuzzi experience was excellent. It also has a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils. I highly recommend it for relaxation and taking a break, away from the noise, in the middle of the beautiful nature.

Dalsøren Camping og hytter also includes a barbecue. The property also offers mini-market. The room was right on the fjord. It was basic with no running water but cute, quiet, and clean. There are shared showers and toilets, much like a North American campground. There was a small kitchen in the cabin, and there is a communal one with more facilities- including a microwave, which seems rare in Norway campgrounds. There was an amazing sauna with glass walls and a view of the fjord. It looks like a mirrored box, but you can see our from the inaide. You need to book it, but it was a lot of fun getting hot and then jumping into the freezing cold fjord water. The pizza sold at the front desk/cafe was also very tasty. There is no real wifi to speak of, so it you want to be connected bring you own data.

Nygård Camping has an inn with a small bakery/restaurant open seasonally from June through August. The nearest grocery store is just a 5-minute walk away. Two-Bedroom Cottage is new and clean. Staff is nice. We stayed only one night and but had a good stay.
