The place the owners have created for their guests is more than just a cottage. It's a paradise for children, with slopes with slides, toy swings, dogs, roaming goats, and horses. In the evening, we were treated to plenty of home-cooked food, home-made products, smoked meats, bread, salads, beer and rakija :) and goat's milk, if you like it :) We definitely felt like guests, not customers; we'd never been welcomed like this by a stranger before. We'll remember it forever!

The owners were absolutely nice! The asked us several times if we have any additional needs and if everything is fine. Moreover, the rooms were very clean and new. The view while eating diner on the terrace is utterly outstanding.

If you’re looking for an escape from the city hustle, be warned: the silence here is so profound, it’s practically audible. You’ll be begging for a distant siren by day three, but in the best, most therapeutic way possible. This place isn't just an accommodation; it's a beautifully curated experience in rustic simplicity. Set on a sprawling, magical piece of land, the Apple Tree Tiny House is one of five gorgeous wooden cabins spread just far enough apart (about 50m) to give you privacy while still fostering the feeling of belonging to a tiny, temporary, old-world village. We actually looked forward to our morning walk to the turret-style outdoor kitchen, where exchanging a friendly "hello" with a fellow adventurer over a steaming cup of coffee became a delightful daily ritual. You genuinely feel like a welcomed resident, sharing stories and (likely) commiserating over who remembered their slippers for the shower. Speaking of amenities, let’s talk logistics. The outdoor, ecological shower is surprisingly refreshing—just remember to bring your own towels and slippers unless you enjoy performing a delicate, damp sprint back to your cabin. The outdoor compostable toilet is an act of ecological devotion; consider it part of the required mindfulness training. You’ll become intimately acquainted with the concepts of waste not, want not and "always check for the flashlight." Yes, you need to pack smart. A frontal flashlight is non-negotiable for navigating after sundown (unless you're secretly a seasoned nocturnal truffle pig). And if the weather forecast mentions rain, swap your fashionable sneakers for hiking boots—this is green, vast land, not paved luxury. Our host, Madalin, is the heart of this tiny village. Not only can he guide you on an epic hiking trip in the area, but he also ensures you’re well-fed.

The place is magical, they thought of every detail and created an extraordinary experience. The host is very nice, with training as a forestry engineer. We went on a trip with him in the mountains which was simply perfect. Highly recommended

L’établissement Cer de munte se situe à Nucşoara (Județ d'Argeș), à 24 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Barrage Vidraru. The location was great, easy enough to get to the location and has a great parking spot. Additionally the hosts had good knowledge regarding the surroundings and time it took to get to different places. The food that the host served us for both breakfast and dinner was great. Every morning after breakfast we were asked what we would like to have for dinner and we also received recommendations on what we could get.
