The property was quiet and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The lounge area offered a comfortable space to eat and unwind beyond the bed. Its location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro and Sensoji Temple, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I felt so comfortable during my stay that I extended it for another three nights. They provided fresh sleepwear and towels daily, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect! The cabin is near Shin-Okubo (about 5 mins walk). It’s one stop away from Shinjuku so it’s really convenient for travel. There’s 7-Eleven right beside and lots of food options like Nene Chicken, McDonald’s and more nearby. There’s a lot of Korean food and pop culture stores in this area. Sleeping quarters, locker area, toilets, shower and lounge area are clean and well maintained. Shampoo provided is good quality. They also provide skincare, toothbrush and earplugs near the reception area. You can also request for hair straighter at the reception. Staff are great! Chose to return the key and access card when leaving the cabin and it’s easy to collect it when we get back. The reception area is manned 24/7. Temperature in cabin is adjusted to be warmer at night but it’s a comfortable temperature.

All capsule hotels in Haneda

Looking for a capsule hotel?

Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
