I’m 5’1” (155cm) tall, so much space for me to more than comfortably lay flat on my back with my arms resting behind my head like some sort of leisurely beach goer 😂 My two male friends, both a bit more than a head taller than me and MUCH wider build also said the capsules were comfortable. Very clean, too! The amenities provided were great including basic hygiene and skin care products. The hot baths public for hotel customers only (separated for males and females) was wonderful to visit late at night when hardly anyone was in there.
