The pictures match the place. It's perfectly situated near Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa Shrine. The area has so many great food options and a mall within walking distance. I found it very comfortable, and the facilities were clean. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again when I return to Tokyo!

I stayed here for 12 nights and had an overall pleasant experience. It’s a well-maintained capsule hotel, and everyone in the female dorm was very respectful, which made the stay even better. The bathrooms were cleaned daily, had hot water in the showers, and there were plenty of free amenities, the hair dryer was used a lot by us women. The capsules were comfortable with a good temperature, a good mattress, and blinds for privacy. However, the pillow could be a bit softer. A good amount of plugs to charge devices and a cute little safe for small valuables. Downstairs there are two vending machines with hot and cold drinks available to purchase anytime. They have a water heater and a microwave to cook food. There are also multiple refrigerators to store food with a good labelling system with your name and check-out date so food doesn't get left there to go bad after someone leaves. The common area is nice and chill when there aren't many people in there, and it's great that they have lots of plugs so you can bring your laptop down there and work. The free rental umbrellas were also super helpful when it rained! The hotel is in a prime location with only a 5-minute walk from Ueno Station!

It exceeded my expectations since it was my first time to stay at the capsule hotel. It was very clean, convenient, had everything necessary for the stay. It was also very quiet and I had a great night’s sleep there!

It is budget friendly, but the baths and toilets were clean. The sleeping space was enough considering a capsule hotel and the fellow room mates were really considerate and well behaved making the stay really good. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English adequately.

Convenient, pretty cheap, and decent onsen/shower area, with towels and toiletries provided. The place was clean and toilets in good condition. To crash for a few hours or just need a bed for a night it’s fine, but staying any longer would suggest a hostel. Very friendly guy on the desk who was professional and helpful.

This was the first time staying in a capsule hotel. I booked solely for the experience. The hotel was simple to find, and the staff were efficient but not overly welcoming. The capsule was unexpectedly very comfortable, and I have to say it was one of the best nights sleep I have had since being in Japan. But the shared facilities were very overcrowded and not very clean. Alot of hair in the shower, which needed a good clean. But overall, it was convenient for what I needed.

I like the concept of capsule hotels. The amenities provided are great (new towels, PJs, toothbrush, and slippers provided each day). The capsule is quite large so you can easily fit toiletries and other small items in with you. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Should you run out of space in your locker, you can leave it at the reception.

The location is very convenient. It looked like a newly renovated capsule hotel with decent functions. There are free and fine quality drinks available in the living areas. There are many manga books in the living area for guests to read.

I was traveling solo and had a great stay at The Global Hotel Tokyo. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms/capsules and facilities were clean. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and quality capsule hotel option in Tokyo!

That was my first capsule hotel in Japan, so I was guided through rules by staff on reception. Receptionists are welcoming and polite. Spa zone is awesome - pools and sauna are avaliable. Sleeping pods are also comfy and spacious. Location is great- not far from the train station.

Very good capsule hotel with free hot spring and sauna. Amazing lounge and kitchen area. You can leave your luggage for additional charge. It was very convenient, you arrive in Tokyo spent couple days here and then go travel "hands free" around Japan. Location is very convenient from Shinjuku station you can travel easy around Tokyo metropolitan area. I didn't feel like in capsule hotel, more like co-living :)
