We found the area noisy but convenient for restaurants and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place appeared to be well maintained for its age. We liked the easy access to drinking water. The pool area was inviting and the atmosphere was welcoming. The a/c was great and there was lots of hot water.

Great , convenient pet friendly hotel near the Tlaquepaque Centro. The owner Luis and his family were very accommodating and made us feel right at home sharing their kitchen ( with a delicious breakfast included) , yard and pet dog. Rooms were small but efficient.

The staff were incredible - so friendly, helpful, considerate. I hurt myself on holiday and they really looked after me and were so friendly and nice while I was laid up. I contacted the hotel to find out what a taxi from the airport should cost so I knew in advance what was the correct price to pay and I budgeted for it.

This hotel was located in a very convenient area of the city. It is very close to many areas and is open to all guests. People were friendly, and the cost was affordable. Wifi was also excellent too.

The view is AMAZING from both your room and all the pools and other facilities! Rooms are huge, super clean and has really nice furniture and finishes - the view from our balcony was just astounding. The staff is super friendly and helpful - they can sort cheap cabs to take you anywhere you want and sort experiences like whale watching or other activities. We saw whales several times from the breakfast spot, beach, rooftop pool and our balcony. So they seem to be very present during December :)
