Every thing was perfect. Cozy apartment with wooden floor and furniture. The host was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Lavender smell was spreading in the apartment which was amazing.

The apartment is new, spacious and practically furnished in a beautiful, quiet area. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The large and sunny terrace with a view of the mountains and the garage, where you could leave your car, skis and boots were usefull. It's a pity that during our stay there was no snow in Gröbming, because there are cross-country skiing trails nearby. There were several hiking trails around, lots of possibilities for trips. The Schladming ski resort can be reached by car in 10 minutes. We especially recommend going ice skating at Putterersee :)

1. It is very close to Hallstatt and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. 2. There are gas stations and supermarkets nearby. 3. The check-in instructions given by the landlord are very detailed, making it easier to check in. 4. Free parking, just at the entrance of the apartment 5. Helmut was an excellent host who really did everything he could to make you feel comfortable and was super welcoming! Staying at the k&k meant that we had the option of experiencing homemade/locally produced Austrian breakfast each day and with the help of Helmut had access to an encyclopedia of knowledge and discounts on the activities in the surrounding mountain regions we wanted to explore. This was a massive help considering we were new to the area!

Excellent accomodation, very new structure and furniture, cozy environment, large balcony with glass fence to allow a beautiful view of the surroundings, breakfast is excellent, extremely fresh and well coocked, confortable garage for the cars. An importan plus for us is that they accept pets (we have a cat).
