Wow! We stayed in Chalet 5 and loved every minute of our time away. ! We loved the seclusion and privacy. We had the privilege of hand feeding rosellas, cockatoos, doves, sugar gliders and apossum! The hot tub and fireplace made our stay so enjoyable Thanks to Paul that made us feel very welcome and accommodated all of our needs. Thanks you for a magical romantic getaway ♥️

Loved how the fireplace was all set up and ready for easy lighting. The soft playing music when you enter and the dim lighting just sets the mood. The tranquility of the stream and rainforest and the chalet being nestled amidst it.

The caretaker, Paul was lovely and made sure to accomodate all of our needs. The location itself was beautiful - we stayed in chalet number 5 and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. We saw a number of beautiful birds come to our balcony outside. This would be perfect for a couples getaway but also for a family with children. Loved every minute would 100% go back. Spa and fireplace was awesome too.

Love this location and property. Springbrook Mountain Chalet is close to several Springbrook waterfalls. Every morning you get a friendly visit from the King Parrot’s and there’s also a bird feeder - we got to experience feeding them which was so cool! We stayed in Chalet #5 and we enjoyed the fireplace and made use of the jacuzzi as much as possible. Such a lovely weekend away, we definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Absolutely wonderful retreat. We stayed in Bashful chalet. Such a sweet, cozy, homely chalet. Such thoughtful attention to detail. Extra blankets, fire wood provided, iPad, good quality bbq, tv in both rooms, not to mention the spa bath and the stunning scenery in the Forrest. If you want a real log cabin, cozy experience I can’t recommend it enough. Also, management/ owner so helpful and friendly.
