Location, facilities, staff outstanding. 3rd time in Botswana - Without question the best hotel/resort. Big shout out to the Staff. Because it's they who made the stay extra special. They are incredibly nice, professional and simply lovely people. I was fortunate enough to speak with the resort manager as he was doing his rounds.
