A serene place, scenic valley with mountain views all around, motorable until the house with ample free parking space. Train station Gstaad is 1.1 km. 2 clean and comfortable bedrooms with adequate kitchen facilities, private bathroom. Small beautiful garden with green valley views with yellow flowers through the windows. 5-10 min drive to DDLJ spots in Saanen (4 km). 5-10 min drive to Indian restaurant and Panaromic View train stations. One can also get a direct bus to cable car spot at Glacier 3000 (Les Diablerets) from the same station. Early morning walk with sunrise view, chirping of birds and continuous tinkling of cow bells in background. Very friendly hosts who took care of all needs and explained the facilities well. Also gave us idea about surrounding tourist places. Worth mentioning cute pets (a dog and a cat) who welcomed us and accompanied during walks as if they know us from ages :) Overall wonderful stay.

At a 1400 m above sea level, this is a wonderful place to stay if you prefer fresh air, great views and a warm home feeling. Everything in the rooms exceeded our expectations. You really feel like you're in your own house. The stuff in the restaurant is also very friendly. We checked in late in the evening, but they made us a dinner although it was at the end of the restaurant's working ours.

Very new and well equipped apartment with everything you need. We stayed for 2 nights and were very comfortable in the apartment. Location is excellent too, just a short 10-15 min walk to the Kandersteg cable car station. There are coop and other small supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. Garage was provided too. Host was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Really enjoyed our stay here. I think it’s the best choice in Kandersteg!
