It was absolutely great. Desert, ocean, sustainable philosophy. Great respect for protecting the nature, reef. Free water dispensers to avoid pet bottle pollution was a super gesture.

It was very close to the Abu Dabab beach, which was one of the best beaches I've ever been to, with amazing snorkelling, sunbathing and diving opportunities, and some nice bars to get some cold beers. The rooms were clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the area around was full of flowers and greenery, which gave such a nice feel to the place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always making sure we were ok, and the food in the restaurant was great. This place is great for SCUBA divers or people who like to spend most of their time by the ocean.

What a magical find! After my Red Sea liveaboard safari, I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect place to unwind.. Nestled away from the chaos of overcrowded resorts, this peaceful sanctuary offers tranquility, natural beauty, and genuine Egyptian hospitality at its finest. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The serene atmosphere, surrounded by desert and sea, makes it an ideal escape for anyone seeking peace and connection with nature. It’s quiet, authentic, and soul-soothing—exactly what I needed after days at sea. The food is exceptional—flavourful, fresh, and served with a smile. Huge thanks to Abil, the wonderful restaurant manager, and his amazing team for going above and beyond every single day. Their warmth and attentiveness made every mealtime a pleasure. A heartfelt shoutout also to Chico, the incredibly kind and thoughtful pool staff member who truly looked after me like family. His gentle care and positive spirit made my stay even more special. And if you’re a diver—you’re in luck! There’s a fantastic dive shop right on-site, ready to help you explore the underwater wonders of the Red Sea. The entire team at Wadi Sabarh Lodge is just wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and full of heart. I genuinely couldn’t have imagined a better place to relax, recharge, and soak in the sun and peace. I’ll definitely be back in October after my next liveaboard—already counting the days!

The experience was so good that I decided to tell it like a fairy tale... because that's how I felt. Once upon a time, there was a traveler who, upon crossing the gates of a palace between the sea and the desert, felt like she was entering a fairy tale. From the moment she set foot there, she knew two days wouldn't be enough and she would do whatever it took to extend her stay. The first welcome was enchanting: the reception team, with bright smiles and impeccable disposition, greeted us as if we were royalty. Every subsequent visit was the same: quick responses, magical solutions, and the constant feeling of being in good hands. Nancy, the great princess of the kingdom, number one, shone especially brightly among them. Always attentive, with luminous energy and boundless kindness, she made me feel contained, supported, and accompanied, as if I had a royal title. She resolved any doubt as if she were brandishing a magic wand capable of ordering the world. The entertainment staff filled every corner with laughter and music. Among them, Abdo shone as the master of ceremonies: he organized unforgettable shows, and the fire show was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. In another corner of the palace, I met Ragab, the sage from the beauty salon. He spoke calmly and radiated joy, making me feel beautiful even before I tried his services. He was like a kind oracle who bestowed confidence just by talking. The Eternal Banquet Hall was another magical chapter. Every day, the chef and his army of cooks served an infinite variety of flavors and colors from all corners of the world. As a vegetarian, I never felt limited: from the first moment, they offered to prepare whatever I wanted, with personalized attention. I still remember a pasta that, I swear, was one of the best of my life. The second night, like a scene from a romantic story, Nancy organized a romantic dinner on the beach.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

We stayed in the tent and chalet. It’s a different experience but both are wonderful. Everything centred around and well organised for guests to enjoy underwater life to the max. The concept attracts a certain type of clientele, mostly divers, who are not there to party and make noise but to enjoy and respect nature. Wonderful to disconnect.
