The property is located inside an antique palazzo in a very quiet part of Venice. Very easy to walk there from Santa Lucia Train Station. A long walk to San Marco and Rialto, but I appreciate that the area is outside the tumultuos tourist routes. The apartment is lovely, very well organized and comfrotable for several people. A wonderful surprise: an "altana" a little terrace on top of Venice roofs. A marvellous place. Communication with the host, Petra, was fluid and easy. Thanks Petra!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. Love the glass room. Very clean and inviting. Comfy bed. Location was perfect for taking bus or train to Venice. We spent a day enjoying Mestre and found Interesting places within walking distance. Great parking facility.

We stayed in the penthouse suite and the view over the lagoon towards Venice is truly beautiful. The outside space is spacious and the furniture is clean and comfortable, with lovely potted plants adding to the pleasant ambiance. Indeed, the entrance to the property has attractive greenery and plants that are well cared for. The suite has a nautical theme throughout with lovely detail and presented to a high standard. Practically, plenty of space, comfortable double bed and helpful additions such as a coffee machine and small fridge. The maid service was unexpected and appreciated. Having stayed on Venice Lido a number of times over the years, the suite was comfortably the best accommodation we have stayed in.

Arrived to homemade pizza and cold drinks. Wonderful nature just outside the door, with fruittrees and herbs we could pick freely. Our dog could run around freely. Only towards the bird sanctuary, he needed to be in line. The owner took us to pick a lot of tomatoes in his own garden. The owner took us for boadrides and buying us cake.

The reception and the cleaner were super nice. Eventhough they don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to use google translate for communicating and tried to support anything customers need☺️ For who are going to travel, it would take around 40 minutes to get to the central Venice ;)
