The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional and caring. The rooms were part of refurbished stables and in keeping with the period. Bed and room very comfortable. The host, Debbie was so kind and helpful. She does all the services with a great attitude and was so very wonderful. She loaned me a casserole dish even. The room actually had an oven which was so exciting I had to cook. Everything was so clean. Room was quiet.

The views of the water & peninsula absolutely stunning - 11/10. The self contained lodge was magic, highquality finish and furnishings, thoroughly comfortable & relaxing. Sue was fantastic, warm friendly and extremely helpful and always avail for any assistance. So close to Dunedin central and Port Chalmers, bustop less than 5 min walk away. Food in Port Chalmers a must do. Fantastic able to acess the cycle/pedestrian walkway easily and close nearby. We def want to come back for another longet scaycation.
