Our stay at Cabot Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. The courtesy of the host, she helped us in organizing our stay in Te Anau, avtivuties sugestions and dining options. The room was quite confortable, warm and equipped. The breakfast was very rich and we had a super scrambled egg.

Merrill was super accommodating! The huts were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The shared kitchen and bathroom was tidy and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would both return in a heartbeat! Great launching pad to go and check out hikes in the surrounding area.

Lovely lodge in a beautiful setting. Nice, comfortable rooms, very atmospheric common spaces with big fireplace. Amazing, friendly staff. Very good food in the onsite restaurant.
