Friendly management team. Loved the daily visits from the dog. Great location. Very quiet. Comfy rooms. The kids absolutely loved the old school video game! My partner even returned with his own kids 2 weeks later. So good.

Our unit we stayed in , It had everything we needed. It was the only accommodation we could find in Rotorua that had our dates available for 10 days in December . Everywhere else was booked out. Great place to stay, My kids enjoyed staying here also.

The location is perfect. A bit of a distance to the town but quite and you got privacy. The house is beautiful, very clean and comfy. I normally can't sleep much when staying in the hotel but this house is so welcoming i slept so well. We have a big group of friends and everyone loves it. We enjoyed our holiday because of this house.

Stunning location with confident staff who, while being more than courteous and helpful, were also able to stop talking and to allow us to enjoy the Lodge and its amazing menu for each meal. The full moon rising over a nearby headline was an additional and exceptional feature. As the song goes, "Silence is golden" and the Tui's, Fantails and Ruru (Morepork) calls provided a natural symphony for our relaxing stay.
