The location was great with an amazing view of the lake and just what my wife and I needed on our honeymoon. It was great as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding areas like Lake Taupo itself and Tongariro National Park as we visited various Lord of the Rings filming locations surrounding and on the volcanoes. The room was clean and very spacious, with one of the largest bathrooms in our three week's staying all across New Zealand.

Fast easy to book quick reply. Got in late but that was ok as key was left in lockbox. Well equipped everything ee needed an more. The lovely owners turned the heatpump on which we thought was lovely as was cold weather outside so was nice to arrive late to a warm place
