The place was so beautiful! Our little cabin was so amazing! Everything was perfectly thought out, and the staff were all amazing. Valeria in the main office helped us out with laundry pods, and an easy upgrade to a bigger room. Even the staff in the pizza restaurant were so lovely and helpful. The pizza was delicious and they helped us with so many tips and suggestions for our trip. The other lady at the front also let me use her phone to make a booking for horse riding (because I didn’t have roaming). Everyone was wonderful and so friendly! The cabin also had everything we needed, which was awesome. Super warm and cosy!

The property is amazing, a real hideaway lodge cabin. The facilities, rooms, breakfast everything was just great. A pity we could only stay one night. Beth, our host really has her guests at heart with the way she presents the property.

The host, Marian, was very attentive and she puts in a great deal of effort to make her place convenient and comfortable for guests. The location was easy to find, Marian was a good communicator, the cabin was very clean and the value was excellent.

The reception clerk that handled the check-in, despite looking like a teenager, was THE MOST professional and helpful tourism / hospitality worker I have ever dealt with. Since calling and texting us to know if everything was alright, despite we're arriving very late. Staying on the front desk after his shift ended, just to make sure we had everything we needed and providing all the information with such a clarity and in such an helpful way. This is not a 5-star hotel and we didn't expect this type of service from this "kid" (apologize if he is not a kid, but he looked like on). Very professional! Thank you!
