Tito and the staff made you feel very welcome from the first moment and onwards. The service is personal and could not ask for more. The view from the room (no 1), overlooking the beach/sea and hearing the waves rolling in, was astonishing. There are a nice walking/running track along the sea. Thank you Tito for a wonderful two days stay.

Mulligans Guest lodge is situated on the 27th fairway of the Hermanus golf course. All rooms open onto the golf course with views of the Kleinrivier mountain range.

What an exceptional place to stay in Hermanus! The views from both the room and the main terrace are absolutely stunning, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and the check-in process was quick and effortless. The service is truly five-star—Jocelyn and Ansley go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and their attention to detail is remarkable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the honesty bar both in the room and by the pool, as well as the availability of beach towels and foldable seats for outings. We also had the privilege of enjoying a fantastic Christmas dinner and lunch prepared by a talented local chef, which made our stay even more special. This property is an absolute gem and comes highly recommended. If you’re looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and unforgettable stay in Hermanus, this is the place to be!

We stayed at Lavender Manor in Hermanus for four days and were very satisfied. The rooms were well-appointed and the service was excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, close to good restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Sandie and Brian are the warmest, friendliest and most generous hosts you can imagine, going the extra mile sharing their time and suggestions. Place with a good atmosphere. Linda (the host) will make your stay special. She will help you organise your stay in the area and share very useful recommendations. Grotto beach is really close (with a nice restaurant and beach bar) and in the afternoon you can chill at the swimming pool. Don’t miss breakfasts in here - it’s delicious! I came with my parents and the family room we’ve got was on the upper floor. It was too hot for my parents so they’ve been moved to a separate room on the ground floor (without any additional charge). It was a gesture I didn't even expect. It’s definitely 10 for me :)
