Very comfortable and safe. We were visiting family at the Ambers, and this was the perfect location, which was well equipped and had a number of animals roaming the grounds. It had a mini kitchen in the family rooms, with a fridge, microwave and utensils, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. We didn't have breakfast or dinner there but Piggly Wiggly is just across the road.

Host CJ is friendly and gladly shares his vast knowledge of his property's fascinating history. The view of Sounds in Silence is gorgeous and the aura peaceful. The bedroom we stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom is spacious and spotless. My daughter and I loved our short stay, as did our spaniel.

Such a beautiful location. Loved sitting out on the patio overlooking the dam watching the animals. Loved that we had free access to walk down by the dam. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked. But the hospitality of Sandy just makes everything special. We did not want to leave.

Literally everything! The lodge was adorable and soo cozy and clean. Every small touch was perfect. Even down to the curtains matching the lodges name ( Aloe). The beds were extremely comfy. The pictures just do not do the lodge nor the area their rightful justice. Animals and gorgeous nature were all around us, and the view of the game reserve and damn in front of us was breathtaking. The host was very attentive to any questions or needs we had whilst also allowing us to have total privacy.
