We had three wonderful nights at Chalet Badberg and didn't want to leave! Great communication with the host who was really helpful. A beautifully decorated apartment with a lovely view of the valley. Well equipped kitchen, a fantastic shower and just a lovely, relaxing, quiet place to return to after a day exploring. Great parking next to the building that was big enough for our campervan. Bad Gastein is an uphill walk away, a large Spar around 20 minutes and you can walk to Bad Hofgastein along a trail in about 1.5 hours. Throughly recommend.

There is a bus stop right outside the apartment that takes you to the lifts which is great it could just do with being a bit more frequent.

He gave us a ride to the train station; he treated us with a cake and chocolates, and he was always ready to help and answer all our questions. The apartments were even better than in the pictures. Very spacey, clean, and quiet, with everything you need in the kitchen. Panorama windows were a special pleasure to me. The location is close to the city center (15 minutes) and Planai West station (5 minutes), also perfect. Thanks a lot! We will be happy to return some day :)
